Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 10ji platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 10ji employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
When registering your 10ji account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10ji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 10ji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 10ji support immediately.
10ji reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where registration would violate applicable law or these Terms.
10ji supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 10ji does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 10ji targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval; however, actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
Before processing any withdrawal, 10ji may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
10ji does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, 10ji reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
